The short version

This is a hobby app for running an NFL pick-em league among friends. It collects the minimum needed to know who you are and score your picks. It has no advertising, no analytics, no trackers, and nothing is sold or shared with anyone.

What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive and store:

Your email address— used to match you to your league’s roster and to send pick confirmations.
A random account ID generated for you.

Google also makes your name and profile photo available during sign-in. We don’t store either — the name shown on the leaderboard comes from the roster your commissioner sets up.

As you use the app, we store:

Your weekly picks and the time each was submitted
A history of changes to your picks, so the last one before the deadline can be identified

What we don't collect

No access to your Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or Photos. Sign-in requests basic profile and email only.
No payment information — the app never handles money.
No analytics, advertising identifiers, or third-party tracking scripts.
No location data.

Who can see your picks

Picks stay hidden from other players until that game’s deadline passes. After the deadline they’re visible to everyone in your league, which is the point of the game.

Your league’s commissioner administers the database and can therefore access the underlying records. The app enforces the deadline rules for everyone including them, but you should treat your commissioner the way you’d treat anyone running a league spreadsheet.

Where your data lives

Data is stored in a Postgres database hosted by Supabase in the United States. The app runs on Vercel. Confirmation emails are delivered through the commissioner’s email provider. Each of these companies processes data on our behalf under their own terms.

How long it's kept

Picks and standings are kept for as long as the league runs, since past seasons are part of the record. Account records are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Deleting your data

Email justinbturnbow@gmail.com and your account and picks will be removed. You can also disconnect the app from your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately stops it from signing you in.

Children

This app isn’t intended for anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top will change and players will be told. Questions go to justinbturnbow@gmail.com.
